This book explores the boundaries of the US Patriot Act and touches on the rights of authority officials under the Act to monitor e-mail traffic, confiscate property, and holding records from our financial institutions. This book will be a great source to this blog because it then goes through the safe-guards for e-mail monitoring and how the Act is mostly concerned for the well-being of our financial institutions.
