1.) Problems of Post Communism. ”The USA Patriot Act,” Academic Search Premier
This article gives lots of simple knowledge of what the U.S. Patriot Act is and provides many examples of why the act is so controversial. This article will be helpful to my blog because it provides many sources proving that there are many issues of how the act is abused. I’m hoping to use court cases and provide information on how non-terroristic cases have been pursued under the Patriot act.

This article goes into detail with how the USA Patriot Act has affected the way we share information. It highlights how we can access information and talks about information polices. It will be helpful to my blog to see if the National Security, law, and legislation can coexist with people having easy access to information. This article makes us aware that there are legal restrictions on sharing data and touched on the advantages and disadvantages if sharing information.

This article looks at a law case between Brown versus the U.S. and shares a lot of general information on terrorism. It touches on the main point of why the USA Patriot Act was established after 9/11. It also goes into detail about the leadership and power the president has under Section 106 of the Patriot Act.
